Brella-Seniors Without Walls Program

What is Seniors’ Centre Without Walls?

Are you looking for a way to socialize with others while staying at home
Do you find it difficult to get yourself to in-person events?
Is it challenging for you to get technology to cooperate with you?

If you answered yes to any of these questions, then the Seniors’ Centre Without Walls (SCWW) is the program for you!

The SCWW is a telephone based, group social program where you, and up to 15 other seniors across the city can join together to chat and learn about various topics and interests! Programs typically run twice daily, once in the morning and once in the afternoon, Monday through Friday.

Topics of conversation include literature, poetry, history, philosophy, radio theatre, gardening and cooking, mindfulness, and more! We also regularly invite guest speakers to share on various health and wellness topics such as dental health, advance care planning, hearing, scams & frauds, and housing search.
