Sources Substance Use Counselling provides confidential individual counselling and group and family support for anyone concerned about their own or a loved one’s substance use: In-person and virtual options. 

Referrals to residential programs or other services can be facilitated. 

Education, prevention, and health promotion services are available for schools and the community, including on-site harm reduction supplies and NarCan kits.
